Internship 2
By doing second internship in hotel is one of requirements for me to achieve degree from my faculty. I am doing my second internship in Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. In this hotel, I got assigned in Food & Beverage department. The first 4 months, I worked in Brasserie which is all-day dining restaurant and the rest 2 month in Lounge area. To have experiences in this department was challenging and stressing at the same time. Not every job I did was all right, but that kind of situation really challenged me and made me enhance my quality and skills. I was able to increase my self comprehend, such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, knowledge about real work experience, issues and solutions happened in the industry. The majority people there were polite to others especially to guests. Here is the picture when I had the internship experience in Kyoto, Japan.
